6ix9ine's Labor Day party in Southampton, NY is still on, despite the rapper claiming he can't get booked because of the fear he evokes.
The promoter of the event tells The Blast, the May 25th party at AM Southampton Nightclub is full steam ahead. As for worries about his recent behavior, we're told the organizers are well aware of the "Gummo" rapper's self-proclaimed gang affiliation and issues with the law. However, they don't feel 6ix9ine is a problem, and are not adding extra security for the event, but will be relying on their in-house team.
We're also told one of the enticing perks for performing way out in Southampton is that it's far from the city police. Apparently the cops in the city have a much easier time busting up the big crowds at Tekashi's events.
Southampton is also very far from Houston, where the rapper is currently a wanted man. As we reported, the 22-year-old is in the crosshairs of police after allegedly choking out a 16-year-old fan.
