The man who allegedly kidnapped and robbed rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine last year has been hit with a slew of charges over the incident.
Aljeremiah "Nuke" Mack, a fellow member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, has been hit with racketeering, gun and narcotics charges, reports Page Six.
Mack is accused of working with Anthony “Harv” Ellison (who was indicted last year over the incident) to kidnap and rob Tekashi last year. The two men allegedly made off with $750,000 worth of jewelry and $20,000 in cash.
As The Blast previously reported, Tekashi walked into the 79th precinct in Brooklyn on July 22, 2018 to report he had been robbed. He told police he was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe at the intersection of Atlantic & Bedford Ave in Brooklyn when he was confronted by two men carrying a firearm.
The rapper claimed he was forced into a dark color sedan and told police he was attacked and driven to a residence located nearby. He said was told to call an individual inside the residence and ask them to bring down personal property.
Tekashi is currently behind bars in an undisclosed federal facility and has been cooperating with authorities who are investigating the 9 Trey Bloods for a series of robberies and shootings in New York City.
