A man who was arrested last year for breaking into Taylor Swift‘s New York City home was arrested early Thursday morning for allegedly doing it again.
Roger Alvarado was busted by the NYPD at 2:20 AM for allegedly breaking into the second-floor patio door of Swift’s TriBeCa apartment building, reports Page Six.
It’s unclear if Alvarado made it inside but Swift was not home at the time.
Alvarado was arrested last April after he was found in the same home — after having taken a shower and slept in Swift’s bed. He was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation as part of his plea deal.
Swift recently settled a lawsuit over the purchase of the home Alvarado is accused of breaking into.
As The Blast first reported, big-time real estate company Douglas Elliman sued Taylor Swift’s Firefly Entertainment, claiming they got screwed out of the commission when Swift purchased the New York townhouse in 2017.
They claimed Swift “wrongfully excluded” them from the $18 million sale and sued for $1,080,000 in the unpaid commission they believe they are owed.
A federal court judge ruled in January that Swift had no obligation to pay commission to the agent.
