Patricia 'Tan Mom' Krentcil Upgraded to Stable Condition But Not Out of the Woods Yet

Patricia Krentcil, aka Tan Mom, is improving but remains in the ICU after being hospitalized for pneumonia.

According to our sources, Krentcil is in stable condition and remains in a medically-induced coma. We're told the plan as of now is to extubate her on Monday and then revive her on Tuesday.

As The Blast first reported, Tan Mom was admitted to the hospital last week after a bout with pneumonia led to her needing to have fluid removed from her lungs. But because of Tan Mom's history as a smoker, her lungs were very weak and doctors were unable to drain all the fluid. It led to her going into cardiac arrest.

We're told her husband Richard has been by her side throughout the ordeal.

Tan Mom recently relocated to Florida from New Jersey to work on her music career. She has recently seen a surge of success after her hit song "Free To Be Me" debuted on the Howard Stern Show and became an anthem heard by millions of people around the world.
