Salma Hayek

Salma Hayek Pinault is a Mexican and American actress, producer, and businesswoman. She began her career in Mexico with starring roles in the telenovela “Teresa” from 1989 to 1991.

She later established herself as a dominant force in Hollywood after appearing in films like 1995’s “Desperado” and 1996’s “From Dusk Till Dawn.”

Salma Hayek starred in telenovelas and had small roles in English and Spanish-language projects until her breakthrough role in 2002. She was in the starring role of “Frida,” based on the life of Mexican painter Frida Kahlo.
