"Love and Hip Hop" star Mally Mall wasn't the only celebrity hit by law enforcement for the possession of exotic animals, as 1/2 of hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd also lost a monkey in the morning raids.

Officials from California Fish and Wildlife tell The Blast their investigation into the possession and trafficking of exotic animals resulted in a raid on more than just Mally's home.

We're told Rae Sremmurd star Swae Lee's Chatsworth home was paid a visit by law enforcement officials, and a spider monkey was seized from the property. It's unclear if the 23-year-old star was home at the time, and we're also told no citations have been issued by Fish and Wildlife agents.

The property targeted in the raid was actually the home Swae purchased earlier this year for over $2 million, however he didn't show his spider monkey when giving a tour of the new digs.

As we previously reported, Mally Mall was raided early Wednesday morning as officials executed a search warrant for a Cotton-top Tamarin, but were only able to recover a Serval cat. We're told officials are still looking for the Tamarin monkey.

Swae Lee has posted videos of himself with what appears to be a spider monkey, but it's unclear if that was the same monkey seized during the raid.
