Stan Lee just got a restraining order against his business manager after the guy got busted for allegedly filing a false police report about the Marvel icon.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, an attorney for Stan Lee says Keya Morgan has placed Lee's wellbeing at risk by isolating the man and using "undue influence." He claims Morgan moved Lee out of his Beverly Hills mansion into a condo on June 8 and has cut Lee off from all his trusted friends and family.
The lawyer says he filed the restraining order on Lee's behalf to protect his over $50 million estate and keep him away from "financial predators." He claims at 95-years-old, Lee has "severe hearing and vision impairments," as well as "memory impairment, impaired judgment and an inability to resist undue influence."
According to the documents, Morgan allegedly fabricated two 911 calls, one claiming burglars had entered Lee's home and locked everyone out of the house, and another claiming a security guard had committed assault with a deadly weapon. The LAPD investigated and determined he had fabricated the claims. Morgan was arrested on June 11.
Lee's attorney claims he is worried that Morgan will try and remove the elderly man out of his home again, and wants to prevent any further "abuse."
The restraining order has been granted, and Morgan must stay 100 yds away from Lee until a hearing next month.
Stan has since been returned to his Beverly Hills home.
