Slash and Wife Score His and Her Mansions During Divorce

Slash and his estranged wife Perla Ferrar just bought a pair of homes ... but don’t expect a combo housewarming party anytime soon.
The legendary guitarist and his wife filed documents, obtained by The Blast, making sure their new digs are listed as separate property. They are currently sorting out their community assets in their ongoing divorce.
The estranged couple is also using shared funds to make the purchases, which will be important because Slash’s pad costs almost twice as much as Perla’s -- $6.25 million vs. $3.5 million.
Good news for the couple’s two kids – the houses are only four miles apart.
