The woman accused of hacking into Selena Gomez's email account just got a huge break when she made a deal to stay out of the slammer.

New Jersey resident Susan Atrach pleaded no contest Monday to one felony count of identity theft and one felony count of network intrusion.

Per the terms of her deal, she was sentenced to 5-years probation and 160 hours of community service. She also must demonstrate that she is in school or has a job.

As we reported, Atrach, who also ran Selena fan accounts online, accessed the account of one of Selena's associates and obtained stolen images that she posted online.
