Scott Baio Claims He Has 'Proof' Nicole Eggert's Sexual Molestation Claims Are False

By TheBlast Staff

Scott Baio is using math to defend himself against the sexual molestation claims made against him by Nicole Eggert.

The former "Charles in Charge" star was on "Good Morning America" on Wednesday morning, where he explained that anything that happened between the two of them occurred when she was of legal age. He cites that Eggert herself has said the encounter happened after the show had ended (which would have made her 18).

Baio said at one point of Nicole's differing stories that he couldn't tell "which time she’s lying and which time she’s not lying."

He added, "The story seems to change quite a bit and I can’t keep up with it, quite honestly. "

Scott Baio denies sexual misconduct allegations: "My 10-year-old daughter does not need to be hearing about this from friends at school - these false allegations...that's why this has got to stop."

As The Blast first reported, Baio is considering suing Eggert and has sent her a legal letter threatening such action.
