Sarah Jessica Parker is being accused of borrowing $150,000 in jewels for a photo shoot but never returning them, despite the shoot being over two years ago.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kat Florence Design — which is currently involved in a multi-million dollar legal battle with the "Sex and the City" star — is seeking an additional $150k in damages for the loss of value over jewelry they loaned to SJP for a March 2016 photo shoot.

"After the photo shoot was over," Kat Florence claims, "the Defendant asked if she could personally borrow several pieces of the jewelry to wear for a few months and then return all the pieces thereafter."

The company claims the actress borrowed a $40k set of earrings, a $27k ring, another $16,000 ring, a $7k necklace, and various other expensive items.

The company says SJP failed to return the items and has kept on to them for two years. They want to amend their lawsuit to seek restitution in the amount of the jewelry for $150k.

Ira Schreck, an attorney for Sarah Jessica Parker, tells The Blast, "This is just plain false. SJP was under contract to Kat Florence and was asked to keep the jewelry so that she could wear it on red carpets and other events when appropriate. Sarah Jessica Parker is as honest and trustworthy a person as anyone I have ever met. She has never and would never hold onto anything belonging to someone else. In fact, she has been asking ever since Kat Florence wrongfully stopped paying her to have the pieces returned, but Kat Florence didn’t seem terribly interested in getting them back."

As The Blast first reported, the jewelry company originally sued Sarah Jessica Parker claiming she was difficult to work with and intentionally stopped upholding her part of the marketing agreement for a new line of jewelry.

SJP counter-sued Kat Florence Design for $6.125 million which she claims to be owed for business services. The actress says she upheld her end of the deal by showing up to events, allowing for her name and likeness to be used and appearing in on-camera interviews while wearing the merchandise.

The legal battle continues between the two.
