Sandra Bullock had a rough day at the office when she took a nasty spill during a neighborhood evacuation scene for her new film.

Bullock was in Los Angeles shooting Netflix's "Bird Box" -- a post-apocalyptic thriller about a woman and a pair of blindfolded children trying to survive.
