The woman who sued Russell Simmons for allegedly raping her in his home is headed to the police to file a report against him claiming he raped her not only in Los Angeles, but also in New York.
Jennifer Jarosik's legal team tell The Blast she is flying to New York to meet with the NYPD and file a report against Simmons, alleging he also raped her at his NYC home in 2011. She has already accused him of raping her at his L.A. home in 2016 in the lawsuit, and is also planning on filing a criminal report with LAPD.
The Blast broke the story, Jarosik filed a $5 million lawsuit accusing the Def Jam mogul of "pouncing" on top of and raping her at his L.A. home.
We're told after the lawsuit was filed, Simmons texted Jarosik "Really?" We're told Jarosik responded "Really #MeToo."

In response to Simmon's outright denial of any sexual misconduct, her powerhouse attorney Perry Wander told us "If Russell really wants to go to trial on his case, He will face all of his accusers as prior acts of sexual assault and victims are relevant evidence in this case." He then dropped the hammer and said, "This will be similar to the Dr. Nassar case where victims will get their day in court to describe the interactions with him."
Dr. Larry Nassar, the former Team USA Gymnastics doctor, was just sentenced to up to 175 years in prison for the abuse of countless women.
Simmons, who has denied all of the allegations by his accusers, has stepped down from all his companies and closed his Hollywood Yoga center.
