Rosie O'Donnell put a ring on it!
Hours after the comedian confirmed she's engaged to former veteran and current police officer Elizabeth Rooney, the 33-year-old posted the giant sparkler for the world to see!
"Y E S ❤?," wrote alongside the photo.
O'Donnell, who's 23 years her senior, announced the engagement during Rosie’s Theater Kids Gala on Monday in New York City, saying they aren't planning to rush down the aisle.
“This is a long time in the future. We both decided that that would be best," the comedian told PEOPLE of their engagement.
“I have a 5-year-old with autism [daughter Dakota] and we have a routine going, the two of us,” she added. “Elizabeth comes every five days and stays for a few days. It’s kind of a great, slow process where [Dakota] does say, ‘I have two brothers and two sisters and two mommies.’ So she’s kind of in the vibe of it, but you know when you have a kid with special needs like that, you try to go in a little bit of a different place. So we both agree that [holding off on wedding plans] would be best for everyone.”
O'Donnell went public with their relationship in November 2017.
The comedian's engagement news comes one year after her ex wife, Michelle Rounds, committed suicide.
As The Blast reported, the Medical Examiner's office confirmed Rounds died from ingesting a deadly mix of prescription drugs.
At the time of her death, O'Donnell released a heartfelt statement pointing to mental illness and sending her prayers to Michelle's family.
