No charges, no problem!
One day after the Clark County District Attorney’s Office revealed they weren't going forward with domestic violence charges against his baby, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley were back together to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Ortiz posted a photo on Wednesday to his Instagram Story, showing himself and Harley snuggling close. He captioned the photo, "Happy Independence Day."
As The Blast previously reported, Harley was arrested after she allegedly attacked Ronnie as the two drove home from a BBQ. At one point, our sources say the car hit something that popped a tire and as they were pulling over, Ronnie began to get out of the car to get away from Harley.
But we’re told Harley “took off” and began to drag Ronnie as he attempted to exit the vehicle. Our sources say Ronnie suffered terrible road rash, particularly to his arm.
Harley was driving the car at the time of the alleged incident and their daughter was in the backseat.
But on Tuesday, the D.A. revealed that the case was “denied due to insufficient evidence.”
