80's Singer Rockwell Needed 'Somebody Watching' His Divorce, Judge Tosses Case

Unlike the music industry, the judge in Rockwell's divorce is giving him an encore performance after the R&B singer slept on the proceedings.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, a judge just dismissed the divorce between Kennedy Gordy and Nicole Moore after an extended period of inactivity.

The possibly ex-couple were warned back in February that the case, which was filed way back in 2013, would be tossed out unless someone took some action.

The couple married in 2010, but it's unclear if they reconciled after the 2013 filing and simply forgot about shoring things up in the court.

For those that may not remember, Rockwell was a one-hit wonder in the 80's when he released "Somebody's Watching Me" with Motown Records.
