Rob Kardashian is going back and forth in court with Blac Chyna’s ex-boyfriend in an effort to get a lawsuit against him thrown out of court.

Chyna’s ex-boyfriend, Pilot Jones (real name: Justin C. Jones), sued the former couple last year accusing them of cyberbullying and defamation.

Recently, Rob filed court docs claiming he was never served with the lawsuit and the case should not move forward. Jones is calling BS on Rob’s argument, saying the docs were served upon a person with authority to accept service at a location that is his "usual place of business or mailing address."

According to the documents, Jones first tried serving Kardashian at the home in Woodland Hills he used to share with Blac Chyna but he doesn't live there anymore. They were then able to find a business address for Rob and served the papers to a receptionist who said she was authorized to take the papers.

Jones is demanding the lawsuit move forward and the court order that Rob has been officially served.

In his lawsuit, Jones claims when a photo of him making out with Chyna leaked, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna blamed him for selling the photo and then publicly exposed him as bisexual and released his private phone number to the public.

He denied leaking the photo in question, which caused a rift between Rob and Chyna at the time, and says them leaking his number caused him to receive threatening messages.

Jones claimed Rob and Chyna ruined his life and claimed he attempted suicide from all of it.

Rob and Chyna have yet to file an official answer to the allegations in the lawsuit.
