Joe Giudice, the husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, is getting major support in his battle to avoid deportation, with 27 former immigration judges coming to his defense.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, the former immigration judges and members of the Board of Immigration Appeals filed a motion in Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice’s pending appeal, detailing the reasons why they support Joe not being deported.

The motion could be huge for Joe, if it helps persuade the court to grant his appeal and let him stay in the United States.

The reality star is currently awaiting to argue his case before the federal appeals court but he was able to successfully put a pause on his deportation last month.

Joe was released from prison earlier after serving three years behind bars. He is fighting the deportation back to Italy and is currently appealing it in federal court.

Earlier this month, Joe was shut down in his appeal with the Board of Immigration, attempting to reverse the decision to deport him.

Giudice then rushed back to federal court after losing at the hearing and filed his last chance at an appeal. He can stay in the country until a final decision is made in his new appeal.

Gia Giudice, Joe’s 18-year-old daughter, launched a petition entitled, “STOP the Deportation of Joe Giudice.” She directed the campaign at President Donald J. Trump, asking him to step in and help her family.
