According to court documents obtained by The Blast, an order this morning states that Joe's removal will be stayed until the court has time to look over his appeal.
The order states the motion to delay his removal is "temporarily granted" and the battle will continue on.
Earlier this month, Joe was shut down in his appeal with the Board of Immigration, attempting to reverse the decision to deport him.
Giudice then rushed back to federal court after losing at the hearing and filed his last chance at an appeal this week. He can stay in the country until a final decision is made in his new appeal.
Gia Giudice, Joe's 18-year-old daughter, launched a petition this week entitled “STOP the Deportation of Joe Giudice.” She directed the campaign at President Donald J. Trump, asking him to step in and help her family.
