'RHOC' Star Tamra Judge Wants Alexis Bellino's Ex-Husband's $1 Million Lawsuit Dismissed

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Judge is blasting her former co-star Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim, who is suing her for allegedly trashing him around town, demanding his $1 million lawsuit be thrown out.
Earlier this year, Bellino’s now ex-husband, Jim Bellino, sued Tamra and co-star Shannon Beador for defamation. He accused the reality stars of spreading lies that his divorce was fake and that his trampoline business had left customers paralyzed. The women also allegedly claimed Jim was "going to jail."
Jim sued seeking in excess of $1 million for the damage Tamra and Shannon allegedly caused his life.
On September 10, Tamra Judge filed court docs demanding the entire case be thrown out.
The "RHOC" star denies every allegation that she did anything wrong or defamed Jim Bellino. She claims she never made a false statement and the alleged statements were only her opinion.
She says Jim has suffered no damages from her talking about him.
Tamra Judge says any damages he suffered he caused with his own actions and it’s not her fault. She points out that Jim himself is a public figure and her comments fall under public interest.
The reality star is demanding the entire case be dismissed ASAP.
