"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer is set to face off in court with her ex-boyfriend — who she accused of brutally assaulting her — after a judge just reopened their nasty legal battle.
Back in 2014, the ex-"RHOBH" star and her ex-boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, slapped each other with dueling lawsuits.
Camille accused Dimitri of assaulting her in a Texas hotel room back in 2013, while she was recovering from cancer surgery. Dimitri sued her claiming she fabricated the whole story and demanded damages for defamation.
Last year, the judge threw out the majority of Dimitri’s claims against Camille and she filed docs demanding he pay her $121,000 for attorney fees. The judge agreed and granted her motion.
Dimitri claimed he had no money to pay the judgment but said he would do so once he got the money. The judge didn’t care and put the case on pause until he paid in full.
Finally, Dimitri filed docs in the case last month stating he has obtained a bond in the amount of $121,307.66, which will satisfy the court order and allow the case to be reopened.
The judge signed off, reopened the case, and the former couple's dueling lawsuits are back on.
A trial date has yet to be set.
