Marion "Pooch" Hall was arrested for DUI and felony child endangerment following a car accident after he allegedly let his 2-year-old son steer the vehicle.
According to the Burbank Police Department, Hall — who plays Daryll on "Ray Donovan" — officers responded to a traffic collision around 7:30 PM on Wednesday. When they arrived, witnesses said they observed the actor's car weaving in and out of traffic while a child sat on the driver's lap.
Another witness reportedly saw the child's hands steering the vehicle, which crashed into a parked car shortly after.
According to officers, Hall was unable to complete a field sobriety test and was arrested and booked for child endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol.
Officers also determined Hall's two-year-old son was riding in the car unrestrained, which is illegal. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported and the child was released to his mother at the scene of the accident.
Hall is currently in jail and his bail has been set at $100,000. He is due in court tomorrow.
