President Trump Aiming to Turn Stormy Daniels’ Ex-Manager Against Her

Donald Trump thinks he may have unlocked the key to defeating Stormy Daniels in their ongoing defamation case, he’s going after her former manager who he believes will directly contradict Stormy’s story and clear a path to victory.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Trump’s legal team filed a motion to transfer the case out west from New York to California. Among the reasons listed, Trump says the alleged events that took place occurred in Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas and Beverly Hills and believes he will have a hard time compelling many of the non-party witnesses to testify with the case residing in New York.

Specifically, Trump wants to involve former manager Gina Rodriguez and her boyfriend Anthony Kotzev. He believes they have direct information that “refutes” Stormy’s account regarding the settlement agreement between her and Trump, and the alleged incident in 2011 when Stormy claims she was threatened by a man in Las Vegas.

It’s not a bad move, considering Stormy and Gina had a major falling out after she hired attorney Michael Avenatti. Gina was Stormy’s close confidante during the beginning stages of the fight against Trump, and it’s very possible she has confidential information that may help #45.

It’s also unclear if Gina has a valid NDA with Stormy, and if she’d be legally allowed to reveal any information regarding her dealings with a former client. Kotzev does not have an NDA, as he has already refuted parts of Stormy’s story, specifically calling her claims of signing the contract under duress as “asinine.”

The motion has not yet been ruled on, but Stormy’s got to be worried that those closest to her are being tapped to help destroy her case.

Calls to Gina Rodriguez have not yet been returned.
