YouTube star Mars Argo has reached a deal to settle a lawsuit with singer Poppy and Titanic Sinclar.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the trio has reached a settlement where Titanic Sinclair will delete photos of Mars Argo, cease communication with her and not talk about her publicly. Both sides agreed they will clean their social media of photos of the other.
Titanic will also transfer the rights to Argo for projects they worked on.
Per their deal, all claims and cases filed against the other will be dismissed.
Last year, YouTube performer Mars Argo sued Poppy, accusing her of copyright infringement (Titanic Sinclair, Argo's ex, was added as a co-defendant). She accused her ex of being behind Poppy allegedly stealing her identity and starting to copy her work and look.
Poppy claimed the copyright lawsuit was only an attempt to gain publicity by Mars and sought to have it thrown out.
