Pete Rose has been trying to divorce his ex since 2011 and he’s had enough — he wants a judge to make the divorce official ASAP.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Rose filed for an order asking a judge to rule him and his ex-wife Carol legally divorced.

The MLB legend states in the docs that the pair separated on December 31, 2009 when Rose proposed to Kiana Kim, a former Playboy model who is 39 years younger than him.

Rose says he’s trying to get hitched to Kim, but Carol is holding things up, saying, “Carol Rose … has been unreasonable and now even insisting that the separation date was in 2017.”

The docs continue, “[Pete Rose] is 77 years old and maintaining status quo is causing both parties emotional pain and pressure.”

Rose is asking the judge to issue a “status only” judgment. A hearing is set on the matter for May 2.

Pete and Carol Rose were married on April 11, 1984. The couple has two children together.

Rose has two other children from his first marriage, plus another child he had out of wedlock.
