Marciano says the supermodel has no valid claims of sexual assault against him, and she should take him to court or call the police if she thinks she's been wronged. He alleges that he's never been alone with the former Guess model or inappropriately touched her.
For some reason, Marciano then decided to attack Upton in the interview he gave to TMZ, claiming that when she became famous she would show up to set after late nights "looking terrible." He claims that Guess stopped working with Upton and believes her accusations are merely revenge.
The Blast broke the story regarding the allegations of sexual assault brought by two other models against Marciano. Upton doubled down on her accusations Thursday morning, vowing to publicly reveal her side of the story.
As of now, Marciano remains the creative director at Guess.
