Pat Tillman will be the last thing ASU players touch before stepping foot on their home field.
Arizona State University unveiled the statue of Tillman this week at Sun Devil Stadium.
Tillman played safety at ASU from 1994-1997 before getting drafted by the Arizona Cardinals. He became an Army Ranger after the attacks on 9/11 and was killed in 2004 by friendly fire.
ASU head coach Todd Grantham told reporters players will touch the statue as they exit the locker room to the field, and hope it will become a tradition forever.
