06/14 8:15 AM: Paris Jackson tells The Blast, "My friend told me about the graffiti thought it was his star, and when he showed me i figured maybe my dad had two stars??" She adds that, "I didn't know any better at the time but some moonwalkers cleared it up for me after. Either way it's cleaning up a mess."
What a class act.
Not THAT Michael Jackson though.
Paris Jackson did an incredibly noble deed Wednesday afternoon after discovering someone had vandalized the star of British talk-radio personality Michael Jackson. He hosted a popular radio show that aired in Los Angeles for 32 years and covered politics, human interest stories and the arts.
It's unclear how Paris knew about the graffiti on Jackson's star, but she grabbed some cleaning products herself and decided to remedy the situation.
Showing her allegiance to the Jackson moniker, Paris said, "i understand that there is a difference between the radio emblem and the record, but a name is a name."
The King of Pop MJ actually has a connection to the radio MJ, who is still alive at the age of 84. When Paris' father passed away many fans mistakingly left flowers and memorial pieces for Jackson at the radio personality's star.
Luckily Paris was able to get the graffiti off, and saved the city a few bucks in the process.
Jackson's stick together, related or not.
