Brad Henke — best known for playing prison guard Desi Piscatella on "Orange Is The New Black" — has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from his ex-fiancée who claims he has been harassing her ever since they broke up.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Simone Toliver claims she ended things with Henke in June 2017 after she claims he was both emotionally and verbally abusive. Toliver claims Henke grabbed her violently on several occasions and threatened her not to tell anyone what was happening in their relationship.
Recently, Toliver claims Henke sent her flowers, even though she has intentionally kept her new address a secret from him "out of fear."
"It frightens me that he was able to obtain my address," Toliver said in the docs.
A judge granted Toliver's request for a temporary restraining order and Henke must now stay 100 yards away from her home and job. He is also barred from contacting her over the phone or through any electronic means.
The two sides are due in court next month.
Henke and Toliver walked the red carpet together on January 29, 2017 at the 23rd Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Henke recently appeared in the Will Smith movie "Bright," where he played Dorghu, the leader of the Fogteeth Orcs gang.
