Naya Rivera and her estranged husband, Ryan Dorsey, included a clause in their custody agreement that says that he will not go pursue domestic violence charges against her.
As The Blast first reported, Rivera and Dorsey agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey.
According to the full agreement obtained by The Blast, Dorsey agreed "not to pursue any criminal action" in connection with Rivera's domestic violence arrest last month. Dorsey also makes mention of a "December 2017 incident," but it's unclear what he is referring to.
The docs also say that neither side is to post anything about their split on the Internet and they both agree not to disparage the other in front of their child.
