Lindsay Lohan's upcoming reality show may already have its first good bit of Hollywood drama, because her upcoming reality show has been rife with last-minute changes.

Hours after The Blast first reported on MTV coining Lohan's beach club reality show as, "Lindsay Lohan: Paradise Boss," the network filed for an "express abandonment" of the trademark. It's unclear why they decided against the name that had just been registered earlier this month.

Sources close to production tell us they have been trying to hammer down some of the finer details, like the title, but are cutting it pretty close as the official announcement of the show is expected at any moment.

As for Lohan, sources close to the star tell us the network has been making last-minute changes, but she has not been involved. Lindsay is excited and pumped for the show to premiere.

Even though there has been a scramble at the 11th hour to wrap up the loose ends, we're told everyone involved is confident they have a good show on their hands and are trying to ensure they put out the best final product possible.
