Minnie Driver does not like them apples.
Driver took to Twitter on Friday to express her dismay with Matt Damon's recent comments to Peter Travers on the topic of Harvey Weinstein and the rash of sexual misconduct allegations sweeping Hollywood.
In his interview with Travers, Damon said at one point, "I do believe that there’s a spectrum of behavior, right? And we’re going to have to figure — you know, there’s a difference between, you know, patting someone on the butt and rape or child molestation, right? Both of those behaviors need to be confronted and eradicated without question, but they shouldn’t be conflated, right?"
"God God, SERIOUSLY?" Driver wrote of her "Good Will Hunting" co-stars comments.
Driver added to her original thought, writing, "There are so many men I love who do NOT frame the differentiation between sexual misconduct assault and rape as an excuse or worse- our problem. Such bollocks."
She added, "Gosh it’s so *interesting how men with all these opinions about women’s differentiation between sexual misconduct, assault and rape reveal themselves to be utterly tone deaf and as a result, systemically part of the problem( *profoundly unsurprising)."
This time, Matt it is your fault.
