Miami's got a situation on its hands, because the reality star just appeared down south one day after pleading guilty to tax fraud.
Michael Sorrentino was seen driving Sunday morning in Miami with JWoww as the two hit up a New York style deli to pick up breakfast for the rest of the "Jersey Shore" crew.
As we previously reported, The Situation pled guilty to one count of tax evasion and will be sentenced in April. He was given permission by the court to travel to Florida to film the TV show with his friends, but he must "abstain from the use of alcohol."
Staying on the wagon shouldn't be too hard, Sorrentino told us he's been sober for two years, has attended counseling and is working on righting his wrongs.
Sorrentino's "Jersey Shore" co-stars (minus Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola) have been in town filming all weekend.
