Avenatti revealed news of the tape Saturday morning, saying, "We have become aware of the existence of a third tape, that allegedly shows further acts of sexual abuse of an underage girl by R Kelly."
Stormy Daniels' attorney says he is currently working on getting a hold of the tape so it can be turned over to law enforcement. As we reported, Avenatti has already sent one VHS videotape to the Cook County State's Attorney Office in Illinois.
The tape allegedly depicts graphic sexual acts and intercourse between the "Ignition" singer and a 14-year-old girl. That girl's identity has obviously not been revealed.
Avenatti says the new tape would be #3, after the first one used during Kelly's 2008 and the one currently in possession of Chicago officials. Avenatti has also been reaching out to the families of other alleged Kelly victims, and we're told there could be a whole "stash" of tapes allegedly depicting Kelly in sexual situations with underage girls.
