Mel B offered to box up her estranged husband's crap but refused to let him enter the house to pick it up ... instead leaving them in the alley, along with his Audi.
Stephen Belafonte had to get a court order allowing him to pick up his stuff without violating a restraining order keeping him from coming within 100 yards of the house he used to share with the "America's Got Talent" judge.
According to the order, Belafonte was allowed to show up on October 4 to retrieve his "personal belongings which [Mel] alleges she has packed into approximately 10 boxes." It also allowed him to pick up his car.
Belafonte was not allowed to physically enter the house, so Mel left his stuff at the "lower level of the former marital residence near the alley entrance."
Belafonte agreed to the stipulation, but made one thing very clear ... his Audi, along with the key, better be ready to go.
It appears the property collection went off without a hitch, but we'll make the assumption that Mel B didn't give the Audi a wash and wax before dropping it off.
