Mel B Wants Visits With Her Daughter to Be Unsupervised After Months of Clean Drug Tests

Mel B has passed every drug test she's been given with flying colors and as a result, wants her visits with her daughter to be unsupervised going forward.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Mel B is asking the court to vacate an order from last September which required her to have a nanny present at all times during her visits with Madison, her daughter with Stephen Belafonte.
Since the order was handed down, the Spice Girls singer says she has "passed each and every one of the random drug and alcohol tests with flying colors." She adds, "I love Madison and I would never do anything to jeopardize her safety."
In addition, Mel B wants Madison's therapist removed from her duties. She claims during a therapy session last month, the therapist, Karin Manger, told her she was "really concerned about Madison" and that Manger believed Stephen "has been coaching Madison prior to her therapy sessions about what to say in therapy."

The former "America's Got Talent" also claims Manger told her she thought Stephen's behavior towards Madison constituted "emotional abuse."
But just a few days later, Mel B claims Manger changed her tune and said the conflict between both parents was effecting Madison.
Mel B now believes Ms. Manger has "inappropriately entangled herself in this litigation" and that she is now "acting beyond the scope of her duties." She further claims Manger "may have lost her objectivity as a mental health professional."

Lastly, Mel B is asking the court to sanction Stephen Belafonte $10,000 for failing to submit a child custody evaluation as directed by the court.
The two sides are due in court in April.
