Meek Mill has been hit with more bad news following his two-year prison sentence, he’s been sued again for wrongful death.
The estate of Jaquan Graves sued Meek Mill and the Oakdale Musical Theatre after Graves was shot and killed on December 30, 2016 outside of Meek’s concert.
Jaquan’s mother blames the venue, and Meek, for allowing “thugs” to remain on the premises, failing to take safety measures, including hiring adequate staff and failing to take measures to protect the audience after becoming aware of prior violent and abusive behavior which allegedly takes place at Meek’s concerts. They point to two incidents in 2011 and 2013 where patrons were shot or injured after the rapper’s concert.
As we previously reported, Meek used Bruce Springsteen as a defense in the first wrongful death suit.
