Mariah Carey is refusing to hand over her private medical records to her former manager — who is looking for evidence of drug and alcohol abuse — saying the woman is only asking in an attempt to embarrass and harass her.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Carey is demanding a Los Angeles judge quash subpoenas served by her ex-manager, Stella Bulochnikov, as part of their ongoing legal battle. The singer is essentially asking the judge to rule she doesn’t have to turn over the requested information and documents to Stella.

Carey says the subpoenas seek private medical records from two of her doctors, which are "irrelevant to the subject matter" of the legal battle in question.

The singer says, "Bulochnikov, a former trusted manager of Mariah, has doggedly sought to draw Mariah into a legally meritless fight in an outrageous attempt to harass and embarrass Mariah, to violate Mariah’s privacy and to use Mariah’s confidential information concerning her health to leverage a favorable settlement. Bulochnikov’s tactics are violative."

She adds that "a lawsuit does not grant Bulochnikov an unfettered right to Mariah’s private medical records when Mariah’s health is not at issue."

Mariah is demanding the court sanction Stella to the tune of $10,215.

In the subpoenas Stella fired off to Mariah Carey, she demanded her former client turn over all communications between Stella, the ex-assistant Lianna Shakhnazaryan, Nick Cannon and other people in her team from September 15, 2015 to November 21, 2017.

Stella is specifically looking for any discussion that was had regarding "Mariah Carey’s impaired mental status, impaired cognitive functioning, impaired perception, manic episodes, psychosis, and/or delusions."

She also demanded Mariah turn over all communications between the team talking about "Mariah Carey’s alcohol consumption and/or use of marijuana, illegal drugs and/or narcotics" along with any alleged refusal to take medications and any information about the effects of "Mariah Carey’s Bipolar Disorder."

The subpoenas were sent as part of the lawsuit Mariah brought against her ex-assistant.

Mariah originally sued Lianna Shakhnazaryan, accusing her former assistant of trying to blackmail her for $8 million with "intimate videos" filmed without her permission.

The singer said she hired her in 2015 to be her personal assistant. She claimed claims Shakhnazarian “turned out to be a grifter, a Peeping (Tom)asina and an extortionist.”

The singer sued Shakhnazarian for $3 million in damages.

Shakhnazarian then hit Mariah along with Mariah’s former manager Stella Bulochnikov with her own lawsuit accusing the pop star of wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, and harassment.

A lawyer for Shakhnazaryan told The Blast, "These baseless allegations are an attempt to attack my client’s character and deflect attention away from a workplace harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit she filed today against her former employer, Mariah Carey. My client never did anything she wasn’t specifically asked to do while working in the course and scope of her job as a personal assistant."
