Lisa Vanderpump is so afraid of a guy who threatened her at her restaurant over the weekend, she's gotten a restraining order to keep him from coming anywhere near her.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Vanderpump claims a guy named Kendrick Rustad was celebrating a birthday at Pump on July 21 when he verbally threatened her.
She claims Rustad "appeared to be under the influence of illegal substances" and was "yelling" and "screaming" before cops arrived and allegedly had to pepper-spray him to calm him down.
Vanderpump says the cops arrested him and when they took him into custody, she claims he tried to "kick out the window of the patrol car."
The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star claims she does not know Rustad.
Vanderpump went to court on Wednesday and got the temporary restraining order (after she was previously granted an emergency protective order by the Sheriff's Department, as first reported by The Daily Mail).
Rustand must keep 100 yards away from Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd. He's also barred from Pump, Vanderpump's other two restaurants (Villa Blanca and Sur), as well her Dog Foundation.
There is a hearing to make the order permanent set for next month.
