Lindsay Lohan Keeps it ‘Simple’ with Eating Tips from ‘Today’ Nutritionist Joy Bauer

Running a beach club in Mykonos can be exhausting, so Lindsay Lohan is doing all she can to whip herself into shape, including switching up her diet with the help of a celebrity nutritionist.

LiLo was recently at 30 Rockefeller Plaza making the rounds promoting her new reality show, “Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club,” and ran into “Today” nutritionist, Joy Bauer.

Sources tell The Blast Lohan expressed her interest to start eating healthier and told Joy she had been enjoying cooking her own meals. We’re told Joy was so impressed with Lohan’s passion, she ran and got her new book for the star, “Joy’s Simple Food Remedies.”

Afterwards, Lohan was seen leaving 30 Rock with the book tucked safely under her arm. The star is making some seriously responsible choices in 2019. Along with getting healthy, Lohan also skipped out on partying the other night to get home early and prep for her big week.
