Larry Nassar — the former Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics doctor accused of molesting more than 130 former patients — pled guilty on Wednesday to seven counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to NBC News, Nassar’s plea agreement calls for him to be sentenced to at least 25 years behind bars. He could have gotten life in prison.

Olympic gold medalists Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney and Aly Raisman are among the girls who have come forward to accuse Nassar of molesting them.

During the hearing, Raisman tweeted that she was “disgusted” to hear Nassar referred to as “doctor” in court.

“Larry is a MONSTER not a doctor,” she wrote.
