Kylie Jenner's skincare line is in jeopardy of taking a major blow before she even gets it off the ground.
The billionaire makeup mogul had filed documents to secure a trademark for an upcoming line called, "Kylie Skin By Kylie Jenner," and even though she has yet to officially announce it, it appears she's gearing up to market her own scrubs, moisturizers and masks.
Unfortunately, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office kicked back the application and warned Jenner that she needs to make some changes or will have her application thrown out.
Specifically, officials appear to have an issue with Jenner's exclusive of the word "skin," in the name. They want her to make some changes and amend her application. The 21-year-old star has a grace period to handle the paperwork, but if it doesn't get done in a timely manner, Kylie Skin By Kylie Jenner will be abandoned.
