Kourtney Kardashian's golden touch has already got her new boyfriend in hot water, because after being paid thousands to promote a company after he hooked up with the reality star, he didn't hold up his end of the deal.
PR firm, PR Consulting filed a lawsuit against model Luka Sabbat, obtained by The Blast, claiming they signed him to an influencer agreement and paid Sabbat $45,000 to post on social media during Milan and Paris Fashion Week.
PR Consulting says they approached Sabbat in September 2018, which is coincidentally right after Kardashian and him publicly hooked up, to get involved on a marketing campaign they were handling for Snapchat. They agreed to pay him a total of $60,000 with an up front payment of $45,000 to be "photographed in public" wearing Snapchat's eyeglasses, Spectacles.
Sabbat was contracted to do one regular post and three stories on his own Instagram account, but only completed one post and one story. He was also required to turn over analytics for the campaign, and allegedly did not.
Sabbat, who has 1.7 million followers on Instagram and only 370,000 on Twitter did not give back the $45,000, so now the company wants $90,000 plus attorneys fees to make it right.
Kourtney and Luka have not yet spoken on their budding relationship, and he has apparently been friends with the family for years.
Interstingly, Sabbat is not the only Kourtney-adjacent celeb to be hit with legal documents recently. Her ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, was recently served with a lawsuit stemming from an alleged assault at the Coachella music festival.
