The lawsuit over Kim Kardashian's promotion of LuMee phone cases will continue on, but not for lack of effort.
Earlier this year, Kim's company, Kimsaprincess Inc., was sued for $100 million by a company called Snap Light which claimed Kim made money promoting LuMee phones, while Snap Light claimed they were the rightful owners of the patent on lighted phone cases.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kim's company entered into settlement talks with Snap Light as recently as November 3.
But the talks went nowhere and the case is continuing forward.
In the documents, Kimsaprincess says Kim did nothing wrong and doesn't owe Snap Light a dime. In fact, Kimsaprincess says they plan on going after Snap Light for court costs.
The case is ongoing.
