Cattrall sent a crystal clear message to her "Sex and the City" co-star in a jaw-dropping Instagram post on Saturday morning: "You are not my friend."
Cattrall wrote, "My Mom asked me today 'When will that @sarahjessicaparker, that hypocrite, leave you alone?' Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now. Let me make this VERY clear. (If I haven’t already) You are not my family. You are not my friend. So I’m writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your ‘nice girl’ persona."
The family tragedy Cattrall is presumably referencing is the passing of her brother, Christopher, who was found dead last week after being reported missing. Earlier that day, Cattrall made an emotional plea to the public to help locate her missing brother.
In Saturday's post, Cattrall uploaded a screenshot of a note: "I don't need your love or support at this tragic time @sarahjessicaparker," an apparent reference to Parker replying, "Dearest Kim, my love and condolences to you and yours ..." on Cattrall's post about her brother's passing.
While shocking, Parker and Cattrall have seemingly had bad blood for some time now. Last fall, Cattrall admitted her and her "SATC" co-stars were never actually friends off-screen. Parker responded on "Watch What Happens Live" telling host Andy Cohen that she found Cattrall's comment "very upsetting" and that's not how she recalled their experience.
