Kevin Spacey has been sued by an unknown man for sexual battery.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a plaintiff who only identified themselves as John Doe sued Spacey for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
Doe states in October 2016, he was called by a man on behalf of Spacey to arrange for a massage at a private residence in Malibu. Doe says he was led to an upstairs room in his guest house where he set up the massage table.
Doe claims Spacey entered the room wearing a robe and locked the door behind him. Doe says that he asked Kevin Spacey if he was having any problem areas and Spacey stated he was having some pain or discomfort in his groin area.
In the suit, Doe claims he asked Spacey to lay face down on the table but Spacey laid face up instead. When he was massaging Spacey's leg, Doe claims Spacey grabbed his hand and pulled it into Spacey's scrotum and testicles.
Doe says he tried to give Spacey the benefit of the doubt and continue the massage but claims Spacey then forced his hand to rub his penis, scrotum and testicles.
Doe stepped back from the table, he claims, and said something to the effect of, "What are you doing? This is ridiculous."
He claims Spacey stood up, exposing his naked body, and grabbed his shoulders in an attempt to kiss him.
Doe says he continued to back away when he claims Kevin Spacey grabbed his genitals and offered to perform oral sex on him.
Eventually, Doe grabbed his massage table and left.
Doe is seeking unspecified damages.
In November of 2017, Spacey went into treatment after several people accused the actor of sexual misconduct. Actor Anthony Rapp was the first person to come forward with accusations against Spacey.
After Rapp’s story went public others shared similar stories including a group of people who were employed on the set of “House of Cards.”
As a result of the allegations “House of Cards” and Netflix cut all ties with Spacey.
