It's On! Kathy Griffin's CEO Neighbor Files for Restraining Order of His Own

The battle between Kathy Griffin and her neighbor Jeffrey Mezger, the CEO of KB Homes, has reached another level — he's now filed for a restraining order against her.
Mezger filed for the TRO in Santa Monica on Wednesday and there will be a hearing on the matter next week.
As The Blast first reported, Griffin got a temporary restraining order against Mezger last month following a run-in they had (that Griffin's boyfriend recorded, which was obtained by The Huffington Post). During their confrontation, Mezger can be heard screaming profanities at Griffin and Bilk, calling her a "bald dyke" and a "c***."
In Griffin's court filing, she said she "is concerned that the effort to obtain this restraining order will result in retaliation of a violent nature if an immediate restraining order is not granted."
