The woman who held a Kardashian store employee at gunpoint and then returned later wielding a machete has been charged with four felonies.
Maricia Medrano pled not guilty to the charges, which included two counts of assault with a firearm, one count of felon with a firearm, and one count of criminal threats.
The court also ordered a mental evaluation to determine whether she should be hospitalized or go to jail. She's still currently in custody, and her bail has been raised to $205,000.
Medrano was present in court when her lawyer called Medrano's "mental competence" into question. The court assigned a psychiatrist to examine and prepare a report.
As we previously reported, cops rushed to DASH in West Hollywood after Medrano showed up screaming about Cuba and threatening employees.
Cops served a search warrant on her home later that evening and found two Airsoft guns.
