Kanye West is doubling down on his criticism of President Obama, saying #44 couldn't even get anything changed in his own city.
In the midst of praising Donald Trump, Kanye tweeted that "Obama was in office for eight years and nothing in Chicago changed." Obama went to law school in Chi-Town and has long been associated with the city. His presidential library is also planned to be built in Chicago's South Side.
You may remember, Obama once called Yeezy a "Jackass" for jumping up on the VMA stage, and even re-iterated the dig later on. However, Kanye and Kim had been supporters of Obama, and even met with him on multiple occasions.
When he was leaving office, Kim sent a message about how much Obama would be missed.
Kanye's also getting support from another big time Chicago rapper on his Republican rally cry. Chance the Rapper tweeted that "Black people don’t have to be democrats."
As we reported, Kanye's political campaign has already reached the White House. He was mentioned in Wednesday's press briefing and was retweeted by most of the Trump family.
