JWoww's estranged husband was seen in the back of a police cruiser after a fight between the two reality stars got out of control.

Roger Mathews recorded a series of videos early Friday morning after he claims police showed up to the house he shares with the "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star.

Mathews said he and JWoww got into a fight earlier in the night, and he actually called police so that he could "document" the situation. He claims JWoww was going to file a report of false information, and was "hysterically" screaming.

Mathews says he left to do a podcast, and when he returned home later he went to bed, and was later awoken by police, who served with him with a restraining order.

An official with the Toms River Police Department in New Jersey tells The Blast, at approximately 1 AM they were dispatched to the home of Jenni Farley and Roger Mathews for a civil matter."

We're told, "Mr. Mathews was served with a Temporary Restraining Order and provided transportation to another location."

The timeline by the police department seem to conflict a bit with Mathews narrative of going to sleep and getting woken up by the police, but nonetheless he was removed from the home and appeared to crash on a friend's couch for the night.

In the videos, Mathews is upset that he "Can't go home and see my children," and vows to share more of the story at a later date.
